A senior coaching duo and a strategic advisor, working as one thinking partnership. Coaching, strategy and advisory with the depth of a Tier-1 transformation team. AI doesn't replace our judgement. It multiplies it.
Leaders tend to find us at a moment that matters more than business as usual.
A leadership team carrying more complexity than its current shape can hold.
A strategy that's sound on paper, but stalling in the people and the culture meant to deliver it.
A chief executive who needs a genuine thinking partner - not another report, and not another opinion.
A moment of consequence - growth, succession, a merger, a crisis - where how you lead through it matters as much as what you decide.
A digital or AI shift that's on track technically, and quietly resisted by the people who have to live it.
A major acquisition that calls for independent counsel through due diligence, negotiation and the preparation for life after the deal.
If any of that sounds familiar, the conversation is usually worth having. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right partners for it.
You engage one, two, or all three of us, depending on the work. The configuration adapts; the seniority is constant. There is no junior layer.

Executive coaching
Advisory
Tim sits at the integration point, combining over 20 years of coaching practice with business advisory, so clients experience one partnership, not three separate advisers.

Executive coaching
Coaching psychology
Sandra leads our coaching mastery, bringing psychological insight, therapeutic depth and somatic awareness, with over 20 years of coaching practice in deep individual and team development.

Strategic intelligence
Transformation
Philippe brings 30 years of strategic consulting expertise from Tier-1 firms, codified into seven proprietary frameworks for diagnosis, strategy and M&A orchestration.
Leadership coach and coaching psychologist, bringing psychotherapeutic depth, awareness and courage into the room.
Sandra is driven by a simple conviction: that more awareness, purpose and courage in an organisation is what lets it navigate real complexity. Paired with genuine inquiry and active listening, those are the conditions for quality relationships - and for the kind of courageous conversations most teams quietly avoid.
She started in management consulting at Booz Allen & Hamilton in New York - now Strategy& - running large strategy, operations and organisation programmes across industries. It built a structured, analytical mind and a high tolerance for ambiguity. After moving to Australia she turned that lens on leadership itself, completing a Master of Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney.
Today she blends the coach and the consultant, designing leadership-development journeys for C-suite executives and their teams: sharpening strategic and systems thinking, broadening emotional range, and building the trust that lets collective intelligence actually surface.
Her practice is grounded in psychology and a therapeutic sensibility. She works with what sits beneath the surface, the patterns, fears and defences that quietly shape how a leader shows up, holding a safe and confidential space where people can meet the harder truths and turn that awareness into changed behaviour. Alongside her coaching-psychology training she draws on somatic and mindfulness-based practice, so the work reaches the body and the nervous system, not just the intellect.
Her edge is helping leaders find clarity in complexity. Real empathy means she can challenge hard without it landing as an attack; a pragmatic mind keeps the work grounded and useful. She connects quickly, at every level of an organisation.
Raised in Egypt, educated in France, career launched in New York, settled in Sydney - Sandra knows change from the inside. Recent clients include Air Liquide, CEVA Animal Health, ICAP, Air France and NSW Health, and she has been Adjunct Faculty at AGSM (UNSW) on High Performing Teams.
Her longstanding interest in human development and developmental theory has shaped much of Sandra’s work, including her involvement with young people through The Helmsman Project and the Raise Foundation, and teaching ethics classes at her local primary school. That same thread now continues through her therapeutic and couples work, and through the emerging Self-Awareness Project — a broader exploration of how greater self-awareness can be cultivated in individuals, relationships and the wider world.
Coaching firms lack strategic depth.
Consultancies lack developmental intimacy.
We refuse the trade-off.
Direct partner engagement on every relationship. Deep understanding of your context. The trust that lets people actually change.
Competitive intelligence, scenario modelling and pattern recognition - the analytical depth usually found only inside large consultancies.
Where individual leaders, executive teams, and cultures grow, built on more than two decades of coaching practice.
Sensing & Discovery begins every engagement. Stakeholder consultations, leadership profiling and 360° integration are amplified by AI pattern recognition so we understand the system before we touch it.
From there, individual coaching develops the leader one-on-one, with session insights and progress tracking that compound over the relationship.
Where the work is collective, team coaching moves into the executive room, calibrated for both growth and turnaround, development and crisis.
Where strategic clarity and transformation get designed and delivered, built on Philippe's 30 years of Tier-1 consulting practice.
Strategic discovery opens every engagement. Competitive intelligence, market landscape, and stakeholder analysis amplified by AI research to surface where the leverage really sits.
Then comes the strategy and planning work. Board-grade strategic plans, business transformation, and M&A advisory, with the analytical depth a Tier-1 firm would assign to a team of ten.
Finally, implementation. Change orchestration with sustained leadership support, where the coaching and strategy work fully integrate.
Traditional coaching is built on inquiry; advisory is built on answers. We are, first and foremost, thinking partners - and the two blend naturally when there are two of us in the room, because between us we are never obliged to choose a single lens.
A developmental journey, like a transformation, is complex enough to need more than one vantage point. Two practitioners see what one cannot, hold each other to account in front of you, and model the collaboration we are asking of your team rather than describing it.
Sandra & Tim
Both of us in the room for individual and team coaching, which balances masculine and feminine energy and lets us work the whole person - intellectual, physical, emotional and, at times, spiritual. Sandra holds the psychological and somatic thread, Tim the business and systemic one, and the leader receives both in the same conversation. What surfaces between us is a collaborative breakthrough modelled live, not recounted.
Sandra, Philippe & Tim
The three of us on one engagement, addressing the whole organisation: board dynamics, leadership teams and individuals through to corporate strategy, business model transformation and operational execution. The strategy and the people asked to carry it stay in the same conversation - sensed through qualitative and quantitative methods, held by three vantage points, with none of the handover where the value usually leaks away.
Philippe & Tim
Philippe's judgement is grounded in the largest and most complex organisations - three decades of strategy, digital and complex transformation inside Tier-1 consulting. Tim's is grounded in having carried the risk himself: his own company, built and run, then years spent intimately close to the leaders doing the same. The enterprise view and the owner's view, argued out in front of you rather than reconciled into a single deck.
We work solo, as a duo, or as a trio - whichever the engagement genuinely asks for. What doesn't change: we go into the trenches with you. We are a team, and we value relationships built on mutual trust and appreciation.
Decades of seniority, applied as one mind. We bring rigorous analysis and human insight to the same conversation - and we know which one the moment is asking for.
We read the system, not the presenting symptom - how strategy, leadership and culture keep moving each other, and where the real leverage sits.
Sharp business judgement and deep psychological insight, held together. The analysis is rigorous; so is the attention to what people actually do.
Highly analytical, yet able to stay in the moment and work with what surfaces in the room - because the real issue is rarely the stated one.
Fluent in AI - not just equipped with it
Traditional firms sell you a senior name and deliver through layers of juniors. We don't. You work directly with senior partners from first conversation to final decision, while AI does what those junior layers used to: the research, the synthesis, the preparation. Senior judgement on every page, enterprise depth inside a boutique relationship.
AI amplifies human expertise.
It never replaces it.
Coaching conversations analysed for pattern recognition across engagements, informing the next session, never replacing the relationship.
Market research, scenario modelling, competitive intelligence and board-grade synthesis. The work typically delegated to associate teams, produced overnight.
One shared knowledge base connects coaching insight with strategic context, so every partner works from a single evolving picture of your organisation.
Automated preparation and synthesis means our partners spend their time where it matters, in the room with you, exercising judgement.
Tier-1 leverage, at a fraction of the cost.
And a fraction of the real cost. The strategy that stalls, the team that fractures, the year you don't get back - that is the expensive outcome. Set against it, senior counsel is a small, deliberate investment.
Their unique team approach really helped unpack and explore a number of cultural issues. They offer both psychological insight and business acumen, and I valued their role as a vital sounding board for me as CEO.
As a French CEO in an Australian organisation this period of dialogue with Sandra and Tim has been a great help for me and my team. They are a great asset when you are engaged with your exec team in a transformation program and culture change.
Tim and Sandra have been coaching me for the past 18 months. I'm confident that I'm a better, but also different, leader, father, and husband as a result of their guidance and advice.
