Philippe Konfino

Philippe is a strategic advisor to CEOs, boards and senior executive teams, with 30 years leading complex business change across APAC and Europe. He pairs hard strategic clarity with a deep read of the human systems that decide whether a strategy actually lands.

His career spans senior partner roles at EY, Accenture, Oliver Wyman and Capgemini, where he led cross-functional teams and billion-dollar programmes across multiple industries. He has seen every side of the M&A equation - as advisor, acquirer and acquiree - and is usually brought in at the moments that matter most: growth, turnaround, reinvention.

He specialises in leader-led change, whether digital, AI-enabled, cultural or strategic. He works fluently with advanced analytics and digital tools, but treats them as enablers of better decisions and sustained execution - never as the end goal.

At Leadership Partners he works with executives through advisory, offsites and strategic planning, combining challenge with care and a willingness to get into the trenches to translate bold strategy into reality. His passion sits where customer experience, AI and digital strategy, organisational culture and leadership growth meet.
