    Sandra Sieb

    Co-Founder

Sandra Sieb is passionate about bringing more awareness, purpose and courage into organisations as a means to successfully navigate today’s complexity. Paired with the art of inquiring and active listening, she believes these attributes are at the heart of creating effective leadership contexts where quality relationships and courageous conversations can occur.

Sandra started her career in management consulting at Booz Allen & Hamilton in New York (Now Strategy&), working on large strategy, operations and organisation projects in various industries. During her consulting years, Sandra developed strong strategic and project management skills and the ability to deal with complex situational and interpersonal challenges that required constant adaptability. After moving to Australia in 2005, Sandra decided to focus on supporting senior leaders and completed her Masters of Coaching Psychology at Sydney University.

Today, as the co-founder of Leadership Partners, she blends her coaching and consulting skills to create leadership development journeys for C-suite executives and their teams. Journeys that help them increase their strategic and system thinking skills, broaden their emotional competencies, and develop trusting environments in their organisations. She helps organisations foster collective intelligence and create environments where challenging conversations become not only possible but encouraged. Sandra has also been an Adjunct Faculty for the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) - UNSW Executive Education, specialising in High Performing Teams and has taught classes in Managing People and Organisations, Management Skills and Positive Psychology at UTS.

Having been raised in Egypt, studied in France, started her career in New York and living in Sydney for the past 10 years, Sandra is quite experienced with change herself. Sandra’s strength lies in her ability to help leaders find clarity in complexity and deal with ambiguity. Her genuine empathy allows her to challenge her clients in a non-confronting way. She is regarded for her highly analytical, structured and pragmatic mindset as well as her great interpersonal skills that allow her to quickly connect and create trust with people at all levels. Some of her recent clients include Air Liquide, CEVA Animal Health, ICAP, Air France, NSW Government Health.

Sandra also believes in the importance of supporting younger generations and developing awareness from a young age. She has taught ethics classes in her local primary school and coached and mentored several teenagers through not-for-profit organisations The Helmsman Project and the Raise Foundation, where she has been a volunteer for the past few years.

    What Sandra's clients say

"At all-time good listener but not afraid to be truthful, leading towards functional outcomes or key questions to be explored further, working sessions with Sandra were intense but each time positive. Combining practical coaching on management issues and addressing deep / long term acquired behaviors, Sandra successfully helped me to move to another step in my management style. Those 6 months have been truly an energizing experience.”
