    What Ruth's clients say

“Ruth Hayes worked with me as a Coach to transition me into a new role in a new company.  I had been with my former employer for 14 years  – and moving from professional services to an fast paced, dynamic online company was quite a change!  Ruth helped me to gain clarity in my role when I was taking so much new information in, trying to understand a new operating environment, new boss and new team; all of this in an environment where the only certainty is there is no certainty. Ruth listened very closely to the issues I was facing; she provided me with practical strategies to help me navigate my new role and organisation and was a terrific sounding boarding-  there was certainly more than just a few twists and turns. The support Ruth provided me was all done remotely - as we live and work in different cities - to make the impact she did without face to face contact made the work we did together even more remarkable.”
